- Customer Records: Last four numbers of account numbers and credit cards and investment accounts, transaction history data from your credit cards, investment account records and bank accounts records, account log-in for Ozzie App; payroll deposit information; communications with you interact with our chat bot.
- Protected Classification Information: Age
- Internet Activity: IP address, operating system, browser type, device identifier, Internet or other electronic network activity information, including, but not limited to, browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with our Platform.
- Geolocation DataImprecise location information, like the city, state and ZIP code associated with your IP address.
- Employment Information: Current employer
- Inferences: Personal preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, behavior, predispositions, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, aptitudes; money personality assessment
3. SOURCES FROM WHICH WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
Directly from You
We collect your Personal Information directly from you, for example when you access, use, or otherwise interact with our Ozzie App or Site, create an account or request information from us.
From You Automatically
We may collect certain information about you automatically when you use our Site or Ozzie App, such as your IP address, mobile carrier, and other device identifiers that are automatically assigned to your computer or device when you access the Internet. For more information, see the “Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies” section below.
From Third Parties
We may receive your Personal Information from third parties in connection with providing the Services such as from our payment processors and financial aggregators.
4. PURPOSE FOR WHICH WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect and use Personal Information for the following purposes:
- Communications: To communicate with you through emails, calls, on-line chat or texts; to provide you with alerts, updates, newsletters, promotions, and other information; to communicate with you regarding updates to the Ozzie App, the Site or the Services we provide; to respond to you when you contact us; to send technical notices, updates, security alerts, support and administrative messages; and to notify you of changes to our terms or this Policy.
- Account Creation: We may use your Personal Information to create and service your Ozzie App or online account with us.
- Access Financial Information. We may use your Personal Information if you grant permission to the Ozzie App to receive financial data from your bank, credit card account or financial institution through one of our third party financial data aggregator partners. We use this Personal Information to allow you to use our financial service Platform and to inform your individual money personality assessment.
- For Payment Purposes. We will use your Personal Information to process payments from you to use the Services.
- To Operate and Improve the Services, the Ozzie App and the Site. To analyze, operate, maintain, support and improve our Services, our Site and our Ozzie App.
- Develop Insights: We may use personal information collected from you to develop insights necessary to provide you a better user experience.
- To Assist in Financial Risk Assessment. We collect personal information you provide in response to our financial risk assessment.
- For Research and Development. We may use personal information that you have shared strictly on a deidentified and aggregated basis to perform research and development and to enhance the Service.
- To Enhance our LLM Model and our Service. Our Services leverage a large learning model data set. We will incorporate into that model deidentified and aggregated date to enhance psychological modeling and to enhance the quality of the services we provide based upon that model. We do not share your personal information regarding your financial situation or financial risk tolerance with any third party.
- Business Purposes: We may use Personal Information for our business purposes such as to (1) operate our business, the Services, the Site and the Ozzie App; (2) carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts we have entered into, including, without limitation, any contracts between you and us; (3) conduct statistical or demographic analysis; (4)prevent fraud; (5) assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns; (6) provide you with bills and to collect fees owed; (7) inform our business strategies; (8) operate our information technology systems; (9) perform research and development; (10) administer surveys and solicit feedback and (11) engage in other business purposes permitted under applicable law.
- Advertising and Marketing: We may use your Personal Information to serve targeted advertising to you, to customize content and improve our ability to contact you, to enhance our marketing capability and to inform our marketing and advertising strategies. We may use Personal Information to advertise and market to you including notifying you of special promotions, sweepstakes, contests, opportunities, offers and events, via e-mail and text messages.
- Analytics: We use Personal Information to improve the Services, the content of our Site and our Ozzie App and to enhance your user experience when visiting our Site, using the Ozzie App or using the Services. We use Personal Information to generate statistical information about the usage and traffic patterns of our Site, the Ozzie App and the Services and to prevent fraud.

We may share or disclose with service providers or other third parties certain Personal Information that we, or third parties acting on our behalf, have collected. We may disclose or share such Personal Information with the following parties:
- Service Providers: We may disclose Personal Information to our service providers who are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of that information. For example, we may disclose Personal Information to service providers that (a) help us host and manage the Services, the Site and the Ozzie App (b) help us improve the content and functionality of the Services, the Site and the Ozzie App (c) perform data analysis and statistical analysis services; (d) troubleshoot problems with the Site, the Ozzie App or the Services; (e) provide email services; (f) that provide data processing services; and (g) companies that support or provide the security of the Services, the Site and the Ozzie App.
- Payment and Billing Processors: We disclose Personal Information with payment processors and billing service providers in connection with receiving payments for services we provide you.
- LLM Model: We may share certain Personal Information on a deidentified and aggregated basis to third parties hosting our LLM Model.
- Parties to Business Transactions: In the event of an anticipated or actual merger or acquisition, bankruptcy or other sale of all or a portion of our assets, we may transfer or allow third parties to use information owned or controlled by us, including Personal Information. We reserve the right, in connection with these types of transactions, to transfer, share, assign, or sell your Personal Information and other information we have collected to third parties or to authorize such third parties to use any such information, including for due diligence, as part of any of the transactions described in this paragraph. Any Personal Information you submit or that is collected after this type of transfer may be subject to a new privacy policy adopted by the successor entity.
- Government and Law Enforcement: We may share your Personal Information with individuals or private parties where necessary to enforce and comply with the law, to protect our property or legal rights, for the safety of the public or any person, to prevent harm, to protect the security and integrity of the Site and the Ozzie App and any equipment used to make the Site, the Services or the Ozzie App available.

6. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags and other tracking technologies (collectively “Cookies”) on our Site and our Ozzie App. A Cookie is a small text file that our Site and our Ozzie App save onto your computer or device when you use the Site or the Ozzie App that provides us certain information about your activities. Cookies allow the Site or the Ozzie App to remember your actions and preferences and recognize you or your browser, along with some information you provided. Web beacons / pixel tags are small graphics on a webpage that monitor your activity when viewing a webpage.
We use these tools to make our Site and our Ozzie App function properly; serve you with targeted advertising; provide personalized experiences; tailor our interactions with you; help with our marketing efforts; provide us with valuable data and statistics about the usage and effectiveness of our Site and to help us improve our Site; and help us improve our Services.
Analytics Tools
We use third-party analytics tools, including those listed below.

We may use Google Analytics to collect and process information about your use of the Site or the Ozzie App. Google sets Cookies on your browser or device, and then your web browser will automatically send information to Google. - HubSpot. We use HubSpot on our website to collect analytical data. HubSpot sets Cookies, which are stored on the user’s computer and which collects certain data, specifically IP address, location, browser, duration of the visit, and accessed websites. HubSpot evaluates this data to provide us information about our Site and our Ozzie App.
Interest Based Advertising
- Meta Custom Audiences. We use the remarketing services of Meta, Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Meta”) on our website. We use the Meta Custom Audiences to deliver targeted advertisements to website visitors across those Meta owned social media platforms based on email addresses that we have collected. 7. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
We offer you several choices with respect to how we use your Personal Information.
- You may update or correct any Personal Information you have provided us by editing your account information on our Site, our Ozzie App or by contacting us at hello@ozzieapp.com.
- If you opt-in to receive marketing communications from us, we may collect your name, email, mailing address, and phone number. We use this information to send you promotional and other electronic and hardcopy communications. We may use third-party providers to deliver communications to you. You may opt-out of such emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us at [EMAIL] with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. To opt-out of text messages, reply “STOP.” To opt-out of other communications (e.g., postal marketing and telemarketing), please adjust your contact preferences in your online account, contact us as by phone, e-mail or mail using the contact information below. Opting out of marketing communications does not opt you out of communications about your account or transactions.
- You may reduce the number of advertisements by changing your preferences online. To change your preferences with respect to certain online ads and to obtain more information about third-party ad networks and online behavioral advertising, visit National Advertising Initiative Consumer opt-out page or the Digital Advertising Alliance Self-Regulatory Program. Changing your settings with individual browsers or ad networks will not necessarily carry over to other browsers or ad networks. We are active on social media, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, and Twitter (“Social Media”). Anything you post on Social Media is public information and will not be treated confidentially. We may post (or re-post) on the Site and our Social Media pages any comments or content that you post on our Social Media pages. Your use of Social Media is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the applicable Social Media providers.
We use your information to provide, personalize, and improve our services. This includes communicating with you about new features or product updates, offering customer support, and responding to your inquiries.
We also analyze usage data to better understand user behavior and refine our offerings. Additionally, if you opt into marketing communications, we may use your email address to send occasional newsletters or event invitations. However, we will never sell your personal information to third parties. All usage of your data is governed by principles of necessity, minimalism, and transparency.
